How long is Baby Caché’s warranty?
We have a 1-year limited warranty. We will replace any missing or broken part within that period for no charge. A copy of the receipt of purchase will be required. Contact warranty@babycache.com for all warranty claims..

Can I order items in another finish?
There are no other finishes other than what is specified on the website. You may double check with your near Babies “R” Us store for a complete list of what they carry. We do not do individual consumer special orders.

What is a Lifetime Crib?
A Lifetime crib is any Baby Caché crib that converts into a Toddler Bed, Day Bed and a full-size bed. However, you will need to order accessories do convert your crib. A Toddler Rail and a conversion kit for a Full-Size Bed are both available through special order at Babies "R" Us.

A toddler rail is the rail used to convert any Lifetime crib into a toddler bed. Complete instructions are included with each package. The toddler rail is available through special order at Babies "R" Us.
