All of Baby Caché cribs meet the CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) standards and are JPMA Certified.

How long is Baby Caché’s warranty?
We have a 1-year limited warranty (Manufacture Defects). We will replace any missing or broken part within that period for no charge. A copy of the receipt of purchase along with additional information is required. Please note certain exclusions do apply. Contact info@babycache.com for all such claims.

What is a Lifetime Crib?
A Lifetime crib is any Baby Caché crib that converts into a Toddler Bed, Day Bed and a full-size bed. A Toddler Rail and a conversion kit for a Full-Size Bed are available through special order at Babies "R" Us.

What is a Toddler Rail?
A toddler rail is the rail used to convert any Lifetime crib into a toddler bed. Complete instructions are included with each package. The toddler rail is available through special order at Babies "R" Us.

What is a Conversion Kit?
A Conversion Kit is an optional rail system which can later convert the crib to a full size bed. Not only will it be fully functional when converted to a full size bed, but it will look beautiful in the room.

What is a Special Order?
Special Orders are placed on items that are not usually carried in stock by Babies "R" Us. The following products are considered special orders: Conversion Kit, Toddler/Guard Rails, Nightstand, Hutch, Armoire and Mirror.

How to place a Special Order?
All Special Orders are placed through Babies "R" Us. Estimated delivery time on all special orders is between 10 to 12 weeks based on availability. Some times due to a product being discontinued at Babies "R" Us there are further delays in fulfilling such orders. We recommend customers to plan ahead and place such orders in time for delivery.
